Rader Environmental
Services, Inc. is dedicated to preserving the health and safety of
each employee. Each employee participates in over 100 hours of
safety training a year. After hiring each employee receives OSHA
40 hour Hazardous Waste Operation Training. Throughout the course
of each year employees receive additional training and training
updates.
Rader cares about the
safety of each employee on every job site. Before work begins, a
standard safety meeting is held to outline the potential hazards
of the job and emergency guidelines for each work site. These
safety meetings are complete with a site specific health and
safety plan.
Upon employment,
personnel enter Rader's medical monitoring program.
Physicals and bloodwork are taken yearly to protect employees from
potential exposure.
